What is your refund policy?

We want to ensure that your purchase is everything you hope for. To help achieve this, we ask that you double-check any personalisation and colour options before proceeding to the checkout and ensure that delivery information is correct. 

Unfortunately, due to the nature and speed of our production teams, it is not always possible for us to rectify changes once production has started. BESPOKE ITEMS:Our Arnold and the Caterpillar flags and Personalised art prints are  printed to order, unfortunately, we can’t accept cancellations or returns on these orders once they have gone to print unless there is a fault with the product. For all other items and stock art prints, we offer a 14-day returns policy from date of delivery. To request a refund, please log into your Customer Account using the email address that you placed your order with. If you wish to exchange your order, please include this in the text box on the Return Request page, in your Customer Account. If an exchange isn't requested, a refund will be processed once your return has been checked back into stock within 14days after it has been received.

I've got a problem with my order, what next?

Customer satisfaction is incredibly important to us, so if something’s not right, we want to fix that for you. To let us know, please log into your Customer Account using the email address that you placed your order with, letting us know what the issue is. Please report any issues within 14 days of receiving your order. Our team will usually ask for photos to help us resolve this quickly.

 If you wish to exchange your order, please include this in the text box on the Return Request page, in your Customer Account. If an exchange isn't requested, a refund will be processed.
