Some art prints on our website can be personalised, using the ‘personalise it’ button. You’ll be able to preview your order, but you won’t be sent a proof of the print, so it’s important you check everything is correct before ordering.
We want to ensure that your purchase is everything you hope for. To help achieve this, we ask that you double-check any personalisation and colour options before proceeding to the checkout and ensure that delivery information is correct.
Unfortunately, due to the nature and speed of our production teams, it is not always possible for us to rectify changes once production has started.
So, can I have anything I like printed?
There are character limitations on some prints due to space. If you’re struggling to fit exactly what you’d like onto your print, please email us at hello@minibeau.com and we’ll be happy to help you.
In line with our values, we don’t allow any abusive, offensive, or otherwise inappropriate language to be printed on our products. We reserve the right to reject any orders containing such content.
I’ve made a mistake on my order, what can I do?
Once your order has been submitted, we will contact you to check that the personalisation is correct, once confirmed, your order is automatically sent to our printers. Due to the speed of the production process, we’re unable to make any changes once your order is submitted to them.
Due to our prints are made to order, we unfortunately can’t accept any returns or exchanges.
